Struggling homeowners can now take advantage of the extension of the HARP 2.0 Making Home Affordable Program ®. The application process has been extended to December 31, 2013.

Veteran homeowners that are displaced permanently by a move related to their job may still be eligible as owner occupants. So you still may qualify for a Housing Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) morgage modification.

List of Items Required for Loan Approval:

  • 1040 Tax Returns for 2010 & 2011, include W/2’s if available.
  • Last 30 days pay stubs / award letter if on Social Security.
  • Copy of monthly statement for current mortgage(s).
  • Fire insurance declaration page, or number for insurance agent.
  • Copy of most current month’s bank statement.
